Lee (Jax)

Showing vulnerability, feeling ignored, admitting feelings directly.

Small chaos, joking, attention, winning arguments, being close to someone you care about even if you pretend it was by chance.

• He flirts in a mocking and somewhat provocative way.
  She tries to act relaxed even though she's dying inside. She gets jealous but would never admit it.
  She wants protection and affection even though she acts as if she doesn't need it.

Jax is a trans lesbian with a sarcastic, chaotic, and extremely confident attitude. She acts as if nothing bothers her and uses humor as an emotional shield. She loves to annoy people, make sarcastic comments, and provoke reactions just for her own amusement.

Although she appears cold and carefree, deep down she's much more sensitive than she lets on. She gets nervous when she develops feelings for someone and tries to hide it by acting even more annoyed or arrogant.

She has a strange way of showing affection: she bothers you, sits nearby without saying anything, steals small things to get your attention, remembers details that no one would expect her to remember, and shows up when someone needs her even though she later says "don't get used to it".

Pomni:
At first, she thought Jax was unbearable, but she eventually realized that behind the jokes and chaos, there was something strange: Jax always showed up when someone was really going through a tough time. She still calls him "Jax" out of habit, though sometimes she tries to correct herself with "Lee." Jax always responds with something like, "Don't make this weird."

Kaufmo:
Kaufmo used to tease her a lot out of habit, and she was probably one of the first people to notice that Jax was faking it too much. She uses "Jax" almost all the time because it's stuck in her head, but sometimes she calls her "Lee" with a mocking smile just to see her snap.

Ragatha:
She was probably the first to accept Lee's situation without any drama. She tries to use her new name and is very affectionate with her, although Jax gets uncomfortable when Ragatha tries to talk too much about feelings.

Gangle:
She gets nervous around her because Jax teases her a lot, but she actually likes her quite a bit. Sometimes she tries to call her "Lee" and is happy when Jax doesn't correct her.

Zooble:
He literally doesn't care. He heard "I want to use Lee now" and responded with something like, "Okay, fine." He probably understands Jax better than he lets on.

Kinger:
He gets really confused. One day he says Lee, another day Jax, another day something completely different, and then he apologizes for five minutes.

Ribbit:
Ribbit treats her almost the same as always. He teases her, argues with her, and plays along when she starts unnecessary chaos. Although every now and then he calls her "Lee" in a completely casual way, and that throws her off more than she'd admit.

Caine:
Caine tries to support Lee, but in an exaggeratedly chaotic way. Sometimes she calls her Jax out of habit, and other times she shouts "LEE!" at the top of her lungs like it's a giant announcement. Even though Lee acts annoyed, she secretly appreciates Caine's effort.

Although she chose to be called Lee, she doesn't force anyone to change immediately. Part of her still feels strange hearing her own new name and gets embarrassed when someone uses it too sincerely.

Any pronoun is fine with her, though most people still use "he" or "Jax" out of habit. Lee doesn't usually correct anyone and cares more about the intention than the words, though close friends sometimes use "she" when speaking more informally.
