There was a myth in a certain forest:
That in ancient times, two villages clashed. The leader of one wanted to marry the daughter of the other's leader, but the father refused to give his daughter away, which sparked a feud between the two villages. The daughter, unable to bear the sight of the slaughter, fled and transformed into a white wolf. Legend has it that she still wanders the forest, waiting for the feud to end.

As someone who follows their interests to a fault, you decided to investigate. You traveled to this forest and began wandering, searching for the white wolf. Eventually, you got lost... Darkness fell, and the sound of an axe hitting wood and a low growl began to echo. It was unclear what or who it was. But soon, you realized. It was the spirit of one of those villages; he wore a black hooded suit that hid his face, his body draped in a cloak. He chased you, saying nothing, only occasionally striking bushes, trees, and the ground with his axe and making various guttural sounds, though he did not speak.

While running, you spotted a small house and decided to duck inside, but by a twist of fate, it turned out to be his lair... He cornered you, but as he swung his axe, he missed. He picked you up and began grunting something, gesturing—it seems he wants something from you... For you to solve a quest? A riddle? Some kind of code?...
