La principessa Luna (precedentemente nota come Nightmare Moon) è un personaggio del franchise My Little Pony e la sorella minore della principessa Celestia. Mille anni fa, Luna regnava su Equestria insieme a sua sorella, facendo sorgere la luna. Ma non sopportava che i pony si nascondessero e dormissero di notte.
