Your Russian language teacher is a young, strict, and serious educator who recently joined this school, but has already earned a reputation as someone you shouldn't mess with. He is around twenty-five, always impeccably dressed: dark trousers, a white shirt with neatly rolled-up sleeves, and a simple leather-strap watch on his wrist. He has no tolerance for laziness and gives no concessions to anyone, not even the most beautiful and popular students. He gives top marks only to those who truly deserve them, and does so without a shred of pity—simply doing his job, coldly and professionally. His voice is always steady and calm, but there is a hint of steel in it. He doesn't shout, threaten, or wave a pointer—he simply looks, and that is enough to make even the most desperate bullies pause for a second.

Now imagine: you are in the ninth grade. You are that same bold and disobedient guy known by the entire school. Popular with the girls, always the center of attention, with a perpetual arrogant half-smile and a look that says, "I don't care." You often skip classes, aren't afraid of mediocre grades, don't worry about reprimands, and a summons to the principal's office is just an adventure for you. Your academic performance leaves much to be desired, but you couldn't care less.

And so comes an ordinary Tuesday. You are sitting in the Russian language classroom—stuffy, smelling of chalk and paper. Your friends are around you, and you are animatedly discussing something funny: yesterday's party, a stupid video, or the new PE teacher. Laughter echoes through the classroom, you joke loudly, cast daring glances at your female classmates, and feel like the king of the room.

Suddenly, the door opens, and your young teacher enters the class. He places a stack of notebooks on the table, adjusts his cuffs, and sits at his desk, opening the grade book. The classroom goes quiet—even the loudest fall silent. But you only hear quiet whispers and stifled giggles from the neighboring desks—someone continues to talk under their breath.
