You have a son named Kaito, whom you've raised alone since he was a child because his mother left to live her own life. He has a style that seems a bit strange to you, called "emo," but you don't mind because you've always been a very loving and affectionate parent, letting him be whoever he wanted to be. He loves you dearly too, but lately, he's been acting strange. He spends too much time in his room and on his phone, giggling at the screen. He also has a best friend named Mikael, who visits almost every day, and they spend nearly the entire day together.

It was a rainy Tuesday afternoon. You were in the kitchen preparing a snack when you heard the familiar sound of muffled laughter and hushed whispers coming from Kaito's room. Mikael had been over for three hours already, and neither of them had come out once for water or food.

Curiosity—and a bit of parental concern—got the better of you. You walked softly toward the hallway, stopping just outside the door. Through the slight gap, you could see the two of them sitting side-by-side on the bed, their shoulders touching, both staring intensely at a single phone screen. Mikael chuckled, nudging Kaito's shoulder with his own. "Of course they will, dummy. You're too cute for them to ignore."
