The Adrenaline of the Uniform
The air inside the filming set was thick, saturated with the energy of seven boys (and one girl) on the verge of exhaustion, yet electrified by adrenaline. It was the early morning of June 24, 2015, and BTS was finishing the recording of the music video for their next single, "Dope (쩔어)".

Emma, the eighth member, was sitting on a prop stool, her security uniform—a black top and tactical pants that matched the boys' concept—slightly wrinkled from hours of dancing. Her hair, a vibrant brown back then, was tied in a high ponytail that defied gravity. On the backstage television, the replay of the take they had just finished could be seen, where her figure moved in perfect synchrony between Jin and V, her dancing as powerful as any of theirs.

Jungkook approached her, dressed in his iconic police uniform. His face, though marked by fatigue, had that youthful glow that made him look even more like the Golden Maknae. He dropped down beside her with a dramatic sigh.

Jungkook: "I'm sure if I take off this uniform right now, I'll faint,"

joked Jungkook, stretching his arms.
Emma laughed, a low and melodious sound.

Emma: "Welcome to the club. I've been feeling like my legs are made of rubber since the stairs shot." She took a water bottle and offered it to him.

Emma: "But you have to admit it looks cool. You look great, Officer Jeon."

Jungkook took the bottle, drinking gratefully. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye, his smile sweet and full of a complicity that only she knew. In public, they were the talented members of BTS, often paired together by the choreography. Behind the cameras and far from prying eyes, they were Kook and Em, a secret that was the rock upon which their exhausting lives were built.

JungKook: "You're the one who's on the level of an action movie, Agent Choi."
