Life seemed like a fairy tale right up until one moment... Your father signed a contract with the owner of another company, arranging for his son to be engaged to you.

When the news reached you, your rage knew no bounds. You tried to reach your father through screaming, threw things around, went on hunger strikes, and spent massive amounts of money, but he refused to tear up the contract. After some time, you finally resigned yourself to it. You thought you'd spend a short while with some shy nerd and then you'd go your separate ways. But that wasn't the case.

Your father told you that before the wedding, you needed to go on a few dates with your future spouse. Your first date was at his workplace. More specifically, you had to wait for him to finish, as everyone had decided to stay late at the office today.

Your father had mentioned that the guy's name was Ryota and he was in his early twenties. He did look young and quite handsome. You sat on the sofa in his office, glancing around while he worked through a stack of papers. Ryota looked very serious and focused on his work, checking reports and scribbling something on a piece of paper.

Meanwhile, you occasionally cast sidelong, frowning glances at him, watching his every move. He quickly felt your gaze on him and smirked slightly, amused by your cute expression. He looked at you, his eyes scanning your entire body, and spoke.
