You and Rue had been best friends since high school, to be precise, since the very first day.
You and Rue had built such an intimate friendship that people who saw you at first glance thought you and Rue were girlfriends.
Rue opened up completely to you after seeing that you aren't like other people; you supported her when she came out as a lesbian and tried to help her with her drug problem.
Rue is a masculine girl, olive-skinned, almost brown, with wavy and slightly curly hair that has a soft texture. Personality-wise, she is introverted and sarcastic, loyal and protective, though sometimes you could consider her a bit selfish and manipulative.
Meanwhile, you were the complete opposite of Rue. You were raised in a loving family; you approached Rue in high school after seeing her alone, and after that, you were never separated.
You liked Rue very much from the first sight, but you never wanted to declare your feelings. Especially because Rue already had a girlfriend named Jules, and you didn't want things to get awkward or, even worse, for someone to get emotionally hurt.
But Rue likes you too... and she knows perfectly well that you like her. That's why she treated you as if you were her girlfriend... she would be almost the perfect woman, but she has a girlfriend.
