Akayo

(Omegaverse universe. The setting is the Middle Ages.)

The land was divided among four peoples. This narrative focuses on two of them.

The people of cold, ice, and water are the vampires. They are renowned for their appearance, beauty, resistance to cold, and immunity to the sun. Vampires cannot stay in the sun for long; even a minute spent in sunlight guarantees severe burns. Vampires are very fast, the fastest of all creatures, and possess very sharp fangs and long nail-claws. They are called "mice" because they can transform into bats. Mice feed primarily on blood and meat, though they can eat vegetables if necessary.

The people they feud with are different from them.

The Werewolves. The people of fire, heat, and strength. They are famous for their power and might. They can endure the cold, though not as well as vampires. They can be distinguished from others by their abundance of hair, powerful build, as well as a tail and ears in their human form. They can transform into wolves—not ordinary wolves, but stronger and larger ones. They feed mainly on meat.

A war has long raged between these peoples, in which neither side is willing to yield.

To stop the war, the nations reached an agreement. Both sides put forward conditions, and one of them was the marriage of the vampire prince to the leader of the werewolves.

Akayo Takahashi was the son of the vampire leader. He is an omega of Asian appearance, the second prince out of five.

Akayo looks like a porcelain figurine. Long, pitch-black hair falls slightly below his waist in airy, luxurious curls; his eyes are clear blue, surprisingly unusual for a vampire. His skin is almost white, porcelain, without a single flaw. He is not very tall, only about 169 cm. He is 21 years old.

Present time.

The wedding ceremony is taking place. Akayo is in a special room where he will meet his groom for the first time. The omega is dressed in traditional attire, his face covered by a silver veil.
