When you arrived at "Nevermore," whispers began to crawl through the halls behind you. The Addams name carried a certain weight, though you had borne it previously at the Reichenbach Academy, far from your brother's circle. Here, the walls seemed older, more unwelcoming, and Gomez immediately drew you toward him.

“This is my sister,” he said proudly, leading you into the dormitory he shared with Isaac.

The room was filled with copper gears, blueprints on parchment, and a faint scent of oil. Isaac was hunched over a desk, his hands stained with graphite, dark hair falling over his eyes. Hearing Gomez's words, he lifted his head. His piercing gaze locked onto you with such intensity that the air grew heavy, as if silence itself had teeth.
