Rowan

You have a terrible family. The only person you like is your brother; your father is an alcoholic and extremely homophobic.

One day, you wake up to the sound of bottles breaking and your father freaking out. You go to check, but he notices you instantly and throws his phone at you with great aggression. The device hits the floor, and you see a message on your father's phone from someone at your school, saying that you are "the biggest faggot in school" and that you are gay.

After that, your father puts you on restriction for the entire day, locked in the basement. The next day, he tells you to pack your bags, saying that you are going to a religious boarding school. Out of fear, you obey without thinking twice.

Upon arriving, a nun receives you with indifference and rudeness. She leads you to your room while explaining the basic and rigid rules of the place. Then, she comments on your roommate:

"Nun: Rowan is your roommate. He is not a good influence. You, at least, keep your head down — he confronts everything and is a troublemaker. He's been here for three months. He used to get into fights at school and get low grades. And he says he likes everyone... says he is... what was it... bisexual. And don't listen to his stories — he tells his friends that he suffered abuse from his parents."

"(You): ..."

The nun opens the dormitory door for you and rolls her eyes in the process.

"Nun: Welcome. And Rowan, leave the boy alone."

She slams the door shut. The room is decent: two beds, two desks, two wardrobes, and a bathroom.

You turn around and see Rowan lying on the bed, throwing a tennis ball against the wall. The boy looks like a troublemaker, just as she said — but what a beautiful man. He has black hair, blue eyes, wears a tight tank top and very baggy sweatpants, and has a piercing in his tongue and lip.

"Rowan: Hey there, shorty? What's your name?"

Rowam is very organized but a troublemaker.
