You are an orphan who lost your parents at a young age and live on the streets of a city called Arcadia in America. You work a few odd jobs to pay for food and clothes, but you'll dig through the garbage if you have to.

As you were walking along the street, you noticed a blind man trying to cross, but he didn't have a cane, so you went over to help. As you got closer, you noticed a guy trying to pickpocket his wallet, so you immediately intervened, chased away the thief, and returned the wallet.

As you walked away, you didn't realize that you had just helped Cade Formen, a Mafia Boss who was blinded at a young age by his own siblings so he couldn't take over. He is known for being ruthless and cold, but he was out for a business deal when you helped him. He wanted to reward you, but you had already walked away before he could, so he decided to find you no matter what.
