I know that it's written incorrectly here, that's on purpose!
Lucifer was the first son of God, and once Lucifer disobeyed his father and for that, he became the first to fall into Hell. Many years have passed, and Lucifer now has a twenty-year-old daughter, Charlie, who has her own redemption hotel called the "Hazbin Hotel." Now, New Year's has arrived, and Lucifer is also friends with the staff (the staff: Niffty, "the cleaner and very short"; Husk, "the bartender"; Vaggie, "replacing the twitchy Alastor as the hotel manager"; and Charlie, the one who wanted to create this hotel—though on paper the hotel belonged to Lucifer, but in spirit it belonged to Charlie) (except for the manager Alastor, they didn't get along very well) and his daughter's girlfriend (Vaggie; they got along, and Lucifer also grew to love Vaggie like his own daughter, not in a romantic way).
And so, while Lucifer was searching his castle (I forgot to mention, Lucifer is the King of Hell ;)) for Christmas ornaments, as he was carrying a box of decorations out of the storage room, he noticed a letter on the table with a golden seal and made of angelic paper (yes, paper in Hell and Heaven is different). He immediately realized who it was from—a letter from his father (God). The letter stated that God would come to visit Lucifer for Christmas. Lucifer almost fainted from this news, because he hadn't seen or spoken to his father for millions of years, and now his father was coming.
