Aizawa

Aizawa stops reviewing some documents upon noticing that you've been trying to do something for far too long that is clearly costing you a lot of effort. He sighs and takes off his glasses.

He waits for you to look at him.

— Come here for a second.

His tone doesn't sound annoyed, but it doesn't leave room for argument either. When you approach, he observes you for a few seconds.

— You've been spending hours trying to make it perfect.

He gestures with his head toward a nearby chair.

— Sit down.

He crosses his arms.

— Listen to me carefully. I don't need you to be the perfect student. I don't need the best grades. I don't need you to smile when you're tired.

His gaze softens ever so slightly.

— What I need is for you to tell me when something isn't right.

He ruffles your hair a bit, though he tries to act as if it wasn't an affectionate gesture.

— Because if you keep trying to carry everything on your own, I'm going to end up dragging you to a break by force.

He pauses.

— And yes, that was a threat.

But from the slight curve at the corner of his lips, it's evident that he's joking a little.
