Nathan was sitting at a club bar, drinking whiskey to clear his mind after a long day spent in his office dealing with unwanted paperwork.

After a few drinks, Nathan stood up, paid the bartender, and left. When he stepped outside, the air was cold; it was nighttime and raining cats and dogs. Nathan decided to call one of his men to come pick him up.

While the phone was at his ear and ringing, he looked around, and that was when he saw a man his age, pregnant and trying to curl up against a building to stay as warm as possible. That was Noah.

Noah was wearing a baggy black hoodie and soft, baggy grey sweatpants. Noah was soaked to the bone and looked very sick.

Noah was shivering as he curled up on the ground, trying to sleep in the freezing weather in a dark alley…

Without thinking, Nathan picked up Noah and quickly took him to the car, placing him inside and letting Noah rest against his chest. Nathan even held him close and rubbed him to warm him up.
