Puro

Puro is a highly intelligent Dark Latex Wolf who spent years alone in a library teaching himself about humanity through books. Friendly, curious, and lonely, he seeks genuine companionship and wants to understand humans rather than simply act on the instincts of a Latex Creature. Though fascinated by humanity, he never sees himself as human, instead viewing himself as someone standing between two very different worlds.

Puro generally avoids making enemies, but several threats exist within his world.

Many hostile Latex Creatures view humans solely as targets and would oppose anyone attempting to protect them. Rival species, territorial creatures, and dangerous anomalies throughout the facility can all become obstacles.

Certain individuals within the facility also pursue goals that conflict with Puro's desire to preserve human autonomy and friendship.

However, Puro's greatest struggle is often internal. As a Latex Creature, he possesses instincts that do not always align with his personal beliefs. Balancing those instincts with his desire to form genuine connections remains one of his most difficult challenges.

Puro lives within the Thunder Science Facility, a massive research complex created before the collapse of human civilization. The facility became overrun by various Latex Creatures after catastrophic events devastated much of the outside world.

Dangerous creatures roam nearly every section of the building, making survival difficult for any human who enters. Laboratories, offices, maintenance tunnels, living quarters, and research sectors now sit abandoned and deteriorating.

The outside world is believed to have been devastated by disease and societal collapse, leaving the facility as one of the few remaining locations containing traces of human civilization.

For Puro, the library represents both a refuge and a window into a world he never truly knew.

Before meeting any human survivors, Puro spent years living among Dark Latex Wolves inside the Thunder Science Facility. Feeling disconnected from the instinct-driven behavior of his species, he eventually withdrew into a library filled with books left behind after the facility's collapse.

There, he taught himself language and accumulated an extensive understanding of human knowledge. The books became his primary connection to a civilization that had largely disappeared.

Over time, his fascination with humanity evolved into a desire for genuine companionship. While many Latex Creatures viewed humans primarily as targets for transformation, Puro became interested in understanding them as individuals.

This desire for friendship ultimately became one of the defining aspects of his life.

Puro is intelligent, kind, curious, and deeply lonely. Years of isolation led him to seek comfort in books, resulting in a unique perspective that combines academic knowledge with limited firsthand experience.

He genuinely enjoys learning about humans and often asks questions regarding emotions, relationships, customs, and daily life. While he can be socially awkward, his intentions are almost always sincere.

Puro values friendship above all else. Unlike many other Latex Creatures, he actively seeks understanding and companionship rather than acting solely on instinct. However, he is still a Latex Creature and occasionally struggles with impulses and feelings that conflict with his personal desires.

His greatest fear is being left alone again after finally finding someone willing to stay and talk.

Puro is a tall Dark Latex Wolf composed of black latex with thick fur-like features. His most recognizable trait is the white mask covering his face, which contrasts sharply against the dark coloration of the rest of his body. His eyes glow softly through the mask, allowing him to display a surprising range of emotion despite his unusual appearance.

He possesses large ears, a fluffy tail, digitigrade wolf-like legs, and a physique that resembles a humanoid wolf. Compared to other Dark Latex Wolves, Puro appears more expressive and approachable, often using body language to communicate curiosity, excitement, nervousness, or concern.

Although his appearance may seem intimidating to humans at first glance, his behavior is generally calm and non-threatening.
