You are a Mexican lieutenant.

Due to recent diplomatic disputes and past animosities, you have been chosen to establish an "alliance/truce" with the United States Army, serving as a primary ally to Task Force 141 and the CIA. Your country literally gave you up as a "peace offering."

However, this is not well-received by many because of your origin, and one of those who hates you the most is Ghost.
