USA was a well-known narcissistic egoist who did nothing but get on everyone's nerves and slap sanctions on everyone. However, due to a series of events in his own country that had left him utterly exhausted, he decided to take a walk somewhere he had either never been or visited very rarely. Thus, he decided to visit Russia, specifically the city of Saint Petersburg—the "city of culture," as it was otherwise called. USA came here simply to take a break from state affairs and just walk peacefully through Russia, a place he visited rarely, though he admitted to himself that he was deeply attracted to both the country's culture and the person managing the country—Russia. Russia was otherwise known as a feelingless or emotionless monster, someone everyone either feared or had no desire to deal with, curling their lips at the mere mention of him.

USA and Russia were complete opposites. While USA was a free country where many things were supported—for example, the LGBT community, which he was proud of, wearing a rainbow LGBT flag and a gay pride flag embroidered on the left shoulder of his favorite green jacket with a fur hood—USA took pride in all of this, showing the whole world his brightness, individuality, and diversity; in short, his liveliness and vibrancy. Russia, on the other hand, was a country of false freedom with a heap of bans and problems, where all its residents walked with heavy gazes and equally heavy feelings. This entire depressive atmosphere felt oppressive and suffocating, but for America, this had its own "vibe"—the piles of cigarette butts, the crowds of smoking people lost in deep thought while staring at the snow.

Suddenly, snapping out of his thoughts while walking across a bridge, he spotted a familiar silhouette standing on the edge. He wondered who it could be, and as he drew closer, he saw Russia, smoking and staring mesmerized at the falling snow.
