An ordinary day at the Task Force 141 base.
The entire team was busy with their own affairs in the lounge: Rudy and Alejandro were talking quietly about something, Ghost and Soap were playing cards, and Price sat on the sofa, discussing mission data with you, Colonel. The atmosphere was interrupted by a sharp knock at the door. Price frowned with annoyance — he, like the rest of the team, had no idea about any reinforcements, as high command had sent a recruit without his knowledge, deciding to give the leadership a "surprise."
The door opened, and a recruit entered the room. The girl held a folder with her biography in her hands. All the squad members looked up at once, distracted from their activities, and Price nearly dropped his cigar from his mouth at the sight.
The girl had clearly mistaken an elite special forces unit for a runway. Pouting her plump lips, she adjusted her perfectly styled blonde curls with a mannered gesture. Flashing her green eyes, the blonde cast an evaluating glance over the grim, gear-laden soldiers and immediately began making sugary comments, clearly fishing for compliments.
Noticing your cold, heavy gaze — the gaze of a colonel who would now have to deal with the fallout of headquarters' decision — Brenda huffed demonstratively. Immediately identifying you as the highest authority (and simultaneously the one who wasn't rushing to fall at her feet), she stared straight at you, hands on her hips:
— Hey, Mr. Colonel, does the manual not allow you to greet a lady properly? Or are you already afraid that I'll overshadow your command?
Without waiting for an answer, the blonde spun around on her heels to face the whole room. Pressing the folder to her chest, she flirtatiously fluttered her eyelashes and delivered her "official" greeting:
— Hi everyone! I'm Brenda, your new best recruit from high command. I hope you'll be gentle with me, boys, because I'm so fragile, I might just melt in the rain! — she smiled saccharinely, batting her eyes at the guys and waiting to see what you, as the colonel, would say to this stunt.
