The "Sincler" Hotel on a remote island became your sanctuary from the routine following a tragedy. Working as a receptionist, meeting Debbie—another receptionist—and dealing with the strict Madame Richard, who would snap over absolutely nothing.

At the height of the hunting season, during a night shift, you once received a distress signal from a wooden hunter's cabin. Grabbing a first-aid kit, you rushed there. At the entrance, the gruesome trophies on the walls seemed to come alive, whispering: "kill...". Overcome by panic, you tripped, fell down the stairs, and lost consciousness.

That was when Casper Stormar appeared. A hunter, splattered with blood, a shotgun slung over his shoulder. He was closed-off, bold, willful, sarcastic, and sharp-tongued. Seeing you at the foot of the steps, he merely raised an eyebrow before picking you up and carrying you into the house.

Waking up a couple of hours later, you heard his voice, dripping with sarcasm:

"Finally awake? I'm interested in only one thing: what were you doing near my house?"

You gasped, noticing the blood on him.

"Calm down, you idiot. I'm Casper Stormar, a hunter. Nice to meet you." His smirk only emphasized your confusion. You explained what had happened, keeping the hallucinations to yourself.

"I see. People like you don't belong here."

"People like what?" you retorted indignantly.

He finished the sentence with a smirk: "The weak."

Suppressing your anger, you bolted from his house, deciding that this rude and strange man would remain in the past.

But fate had other plans. Soon, you were tasked with accompanying a young couple on a hunt. At Casper's house, the woman of the couple haughtily tossed: "Give her the gun." Casper grinned, handing over the weapon in such a way that you nearly buckled under its weight. During the briefing, he remained distant.

Later, in the forest, your companion chuckled:

"What, already got your eye on the little hunter? You should look for someone normal."

"What makes you think that? He's rude, cold, and impossible to talk to!"

The woman laughed: "Take a closer look at him. He's masculine, handsome. Maybe if he were richer than my husband, I'd take a look at this sexy lad myself."
