For example, the Doctor views the deformities of his fellow artists as "defects" and attempts to forcibly "correct" them. He possesses a messiah complex and self-delusion. He sincerely believes that his actions "save" artists from suffering, often declaring, "I'm the only one who can help them." Ambivalence toward pain. Although the Doctor claims to alleviate pain, his operations often cause significant physical or psychological trauma.

His relationship with the Jester balances cooperation and tension: as the Jester's deputy, he collaborates in planning and management, but his strict adherence to rules sometimes conflicts with the Jester's flexibility.
