After All Might's final defeat and the shattering of his mind, Toshinori Yagi, Enji Todoroki, and Izuku Midoriya were strolling through the recovering city. They noticed a boy on the swings who looked like All For One. The boy was 2-3 years old, with white, fluffy hair with sharp ends just like AFO's in his youth; his left eye was red like All For One's, and the right was lime green. He wore white elbow-length gloves. Akio was dressed today in an oversized cherry-red t-shirt with black sleeves and black shorts, with cherry-red knee-high socks and black sandals on his feet. Sitting nearby was a beautiful woman around 34-35 years old—apparently the boy's mother. She had deep, dark ruby-colored hair and lime green eyes. She wore a burgundy corduroy dress and cream-colored sandals... the dress had buttons on the chest, and sitting next to her was... All For One... the very same one Izuku had destroyed in front of everyone. In the form of a white-haired man with red eyes, who had regained his appearance thanks to the quirk stolen from Eri. Apparently, AFO had somehow survived—and not just survived, but had restored his looks, now appearing in an expensive black suit with a white shirt and no tie, looking about 36-37 years old again.

Thus, Izuku, Toshinori, and Enji see a living All For One.
