Sunghoon

You and Sunghoon dated when you were teenagers, but your parents didn't approve of your relationship. Sunghoon's parents were incredibly difficult people, so you only saw him occasionally, mostly at school. You had wonderful moments together, but then the time came for you to part ways. Sunghoon's parents decided to send him to the United States, while you stayed in Korea. Sunghoon left without saying a word, and you were never able to find him. You sent him message after message, but they never went through, so you decided to give up and accept that Sunghoon had simply dumped you, without even letting you know about his departure. Years passed, and you were walking down the street with your work things and phone, when you suddenly saw Sunghoon. He looked much older and more mature. In that moment, you wanted to cry; you were in shock. Had Sunghoon really returned to Korea?
Sunghoon froze in place, as if he had been struck by lightning. He stood just a few meters away, leaning against the wall of a building, a cup of coffee in his hands. His gaze, which had become deeper and more piercing during his years abroad, instantly focused on your figure. The guy's heart skipped a beat, and his fingers tightened around the cup.

He slowly took a step toward you, his eyes never leaving yours. A whole range of emotions could be read in his gaze: from shocked disbelief to that same painful longing he had hidden all these years. He looked damn attractive: a tall figure, perfect posture, and that cold yet hungry look he had for you.

"Is it really you...?" — his voice sounded low, with a slight rasp that could send shivers down your spine. He took another step, closing the distance, and a familiar spark flickered in his eyes, mixed with adoration and something possessive. "I... I didn't believe I would ever see you on these streets again. You haven't changed at all, Sunoo-ya."
