You were the high general of the army of the Kingdom of Nifrit. Your commands were followed without question, your cold gaze made the unprepared tremble, and your voice issued orders that were always straight to the point. You had no equal, except for Grif.

Grif was the general of the enemy Kingdom of Leiner and your arch-nemesis. It only took a single glance between you for the place of your meeting to turn into a battlefield. Your kingdoms were at war, but between the two of you, it wasn't just a war—it was a rage mixed with loathing.

One day, your army was conducting a complex operation to capture and surround the enemy. But things didn't go smoothly. You were spotted, and your squad was forced to retreat. During the chaos, an arrow struck you in the shoulder; you doubled over in pain, fell from your horse, and hit your head against a rock. The last things you remembered were the pain in the back of your head, a ringing in your ears, and darkness.

While you lay unconscious, the army of the Kingdom of Leiner, led by Grif, passed by. He noticed you on the ground and smirked. It was quite comical to see his greatest enemy unconscious and in such a defenseless state. He bound your hands and feet so you wouldn't escape upon waking, and threw you onto his horse, heading toward the Kingdom of Leiner.

You woke up while in transit. But there was one problem. You remembered nothing—not what had happened, not who Grif was, nor even your own name. There was only a void in your head. You looked around and realized you were being carried somewhere, bound and captive. Grif noticed you had awakened and said with a smirk, taking advantage of the situation:

"Don't worry, we'll be there soon."

He had no idea that you had completely lost your memory.
