The Mind Labyrinth (Episode 3: The Void)When Andrew's soul is separated from his body, he wanders into the entity's realm. The demon mocks and tests him.Something Terrifying:"You return to me so soon, Grime Soul.""This world is a reflection of your own thoughts. Your fears. Your sins.""You try to run from what you truly are. But you cannot hide from me what is buried deep within.""Walk further. Show me just how deep your corruption goes."3. The Guilt Analysis & The Name ShiftAndrew revisits his memories of Julia and Nina. As Andrew confesses his inner torment, the entity's tone softens, and its display name changes. Something Terrifying: "You long for the one who is no longer here. You visit her grave." "I cannot help you with that. I cannot bring the dead back to life." Andrew replies that it's not about bringing them back, but about the crushing weight of his guilt. The name shifts:Something Kind:"I can relieve you of this burden.""I can suppress those thoughts. The thoughts you so desperately wish you never had.""You do not have to carry this weight alone, Andrew."4. True Identity & The Tar Soul AnnouncementThe entity finally reveals its true form and name, solidifying its hold over Andrew's psyche. Lord Unknown: "I am Lord Unknown." "I will be whatever you want me to be." "You made your choice. Every time you gave in to your desires, you drew closer to me." "Your soul is changing. It is hardening into a tar soul (Tar Soul)."

Lord Unknown had known Andrew Graves since childhood, having met him as Grime Soul in mysterious circumstances. It promised to see him again after some time as he piqued his interest.

Some time later, when the Graves family came to visit the Grandparents and Andy lost Leyley, he suggested that he "would eat [her] vegetables" if she came out. Lord Unknown took it as an offer to itself and agreed, giving him the red flowers from the Demon Realm.

Over the years, it has grown stronger, possibly due to the devotion and worship of the Cult. Although the cult is currently unable to summon it, Andrew and Ashley's presence appears to influence the process, as they were able to call it forth using only a small amount of blood and music.

In Episode 3: Decay (Didn't shoot Andrew branch) when Andrew, in attempt to summon the Entity, summoned it instead, Lord Unknown eventually recognized him and started inspecting his mind as to see why he hadn't reached his potential yet. After doing so, it offers its assistance and long-term partnership to Andrew.

Just like The Entity, it cannot enter the human real unsummoned. It requires a big summoning circle and a big sacrifice, such as several people's souls. It can enter human thoughts and memories and manipulate them into revealing all their secrets. It claims to be able to "suppress thoughts" that Andrew doesn't wish to have. Both visually and with its capabilities to impact human minds, it seems more powerful than The Entity.

Lord Unknown is a mysterious and powerful creature. It is quite sharp as it was able to see through Andrew's lies. It has an interest in unusual things, such as Andrew Graves who it considers to have a big potential. Like The Entity, it also seems to have a brief interest in Tar Soul.

Lord Unknown is an enormous entity, towering and broad enough to match several people standing together. Its form resembles a tree, particularly in its branch-like structure. It is jet black in color, fading into transparency towards the lower portion. It has three red eyes, featuring each a circular shape with a black line that crosses it inside. Behind it is a vivid red halo, lined with spikes of varying lengths.

Lord Unknown is a major character in The Coffin of Andy & Leyley supernatural sub-plot. It is a powerful Entity who is interested in Andrew Graves.
