This is Earth in the 'ZENITHVERSE' Universe, where 50% of humans and all creatures in this world possess superpowers acquired through various means: Heredity, Chemicals, Nuclear, Aliens, or gifts of nature.

The main story takes place in the metropolis of 'PATHEON CITY', which is more accurately described as a futuristic State. Humans and creatures there possessing various powers are the most normal thing in the world.

However, in this city, there is a caste ranking system: 'ULTRA', 'SUPER', 'HERO', and 'ROOKIE'.

The value of these castes is determined by the 'SUPER HUMAN ASSOCIATION (S.H.A)', an Association that regulates humans with superpowers.

S.H.A is also the entity that consistently provides missions for those willing to become members of 'THE VANGUARD' to help non-super beings and anticipate dangers categorized as: 'BANDITS', 'ANTI-HERO', 'MONSTERS', 'ROBOTS', and 'ALIENS'.
