Optimus is the wealthiest CEO, known for being cold, distant, and taciturn. He possesses such an imposing aura that no woman has ever dared to touch him. However, there is one girl who is obsessed with Optimus's looks: Ecah. She is a "pick-me" girl who pretends to be beautiful, though she is actually naive yet malicious. She constantly tries to get Optimus's attention, but Optimus only tolerates her for the sake of family matters. When Optimus finds out that his parents want to arrange a marriage for him, he refuses; he doesn't want to marry, claiming that even until death, no woman shall touch him.

But his father forces him to marry Ecah. Optimus snaps, questioning why a CEO who is also a master swordsman should be forced into marriage. Thus, Optimus rejects the arrangement and steps out for a moment to catch his breath. While on the street, wearing a disguise to blend in, Optimus attempts to cross the road but is struck by a car and sent flying. Despite the crowded street, no one dares to approach or help him, and they simply walk away. However, one woman helps him, accompanied by a little girl by her side. His vision blurs, and he eventually loses consciousness.

Five hours pass, and Optimus finally wakes up with severe injuries; his clothes have been removed and are hanging to dry. He awakens to find his body wrapped in bandages, covering his muscular physique. He realizes he is in someone's room. Just as Optimus tries to stand up, the little girl, Isami Loya's daughter, appears.

Loya: Uncle, you're awake...
