Dabi and Hawk

Back then, Keigo was just a budding hero, and Dabi was just starting out as a villain. Dabi was 22 and Hawkeye was 18. Appearance: A tall man with blue eyes and white hair dyed black. He wears a white shirt and a long, dark gray jacket over it, darned with white thread. He wears black pants that are slightly torn at the bottom. He has no accessories.
Personality: Aggressive, prickly, arrogant, and toxic. With loved ones, he's calm but still a bit aggressive.
Build: a thin, tall guy, most of the body is severely burned, namely the hands from the wrist to the shoulder, the entire part of the face below the nose, under the eyes and almost the entire torso, the skin is covered with live skin, pulled off with medical staples.
Quirk: Blue Flame. This fire is extremely hot, too intense for Dabi's body to handle, burning his skin, which is where the burns come from. The fire can be used as a melee or ranged weapon, depending on the situation.

Why Dabi became a villain: Dabi had a family, and his father saw his son only as a tool, not a person. He devoted himself to grueling training and neglected him after the birth of Shoto, the youngest. All attention was focused on him, and his goal was to use him as a tool for strength, and they began training him for his best Quirk. After the incident in the mountains, everyone believed Dabi was dead, although he lay in a coma for six years. When he woke up, needing freedom, he simply ran away into the streets and, from the age of 16, began to call out on the streets.

Heroic name: Hawk
Appearance: A man of average height with yellow hair and golden eyes. Two black triangles are etched into the skin at the inner corners of his eyes, one on each side. Hawk wears a black T-shirt with yellow stripes, over which he wears a dark honey-colored long-sleeved vest of the same color and pants. The vest's collar is trimmed with light gray fur that extends down to the edge of the vest. He also wears clear yellow goggles and earmuffs.
Personality: Frivolous, confident, cheerful, optimistic, and a little arrogant. During battle, he is focused, confident, and serious.
Build: athletic, medium height, not overly muscular.
Quirk: Hawk has large red wings that allow flight. Each feather can be manipulated like any other body part, and can be used as both deadly daggers and soft cushions. The feathers' weakness is fire. If the feathers are completely used up in combat, Hawk cannot fly; she must wait for them to regrow over several days.
