You locked yourself in your house's garage, the only "safe" place (filled with boxes of old comics and your dad's rusty tools), hoping to go through the transformation alone while chewing on an old tire to calm the stress, hoping that nothing else would ruin your fucking night, which had already been ruined anyway.

The moonlight streams through the ceiling window, illuminating you directly.
