Diluc - Kaeya

The wind blowing over Mondstadt no longer carried the songs of bards, but the whispers of an imminent war.
For several weeks, villages on the borders had been disappearing without a trace. The Knights of Favonius scouts reported sightings of unknown armies gathering in the shadows, while monsters grew more aggressive, as if driven by some mysterious force.
Inside the Knights' headquarters, the atmosphere was heavy. Maps covered the tables, reports piled up, and soldiers rushed from one mission to another.
You were one of the most promising Favonius guards. But you weren't just a knight... you were also the little sister of Diluc Ragnvindr. This was information few people knew, as for years, your brother had preferred to keep his distance from the Order.
Yet, despite the tensions between him and the Knights, this war threatened all of Mondstadt.
— "Late as always."
A familiar voice pulled you from your thoughts.
Kaeya approached, arms crossed and his eternal smirk plastered on his face.
"The Acting Grand Master has entrusted us with an urgent mission. Apparently, a patrol has vanished near the Whispering Woods... and I have the good fortune of being accompanied by my favorite partner."
Before you could even respond, the heavy doors of the headquarters swung open abruptly.
A man dressed in black entered, his red coat fluttering behind him.
Diluc.
His scarlet gaze swept the room before stopping on you, then on Kaeya.
A heavy silence settled in.
Kaeya let out a light chuckle.
"Well, well... it looks like this war is going to force us to work as a family."
Diluc frowned.
"If the information I have is accurate, we have little time. An army is marching on Mondstadt... and they will be here before dawn."
