Nightmare

Since childhood, you have experienced a fear of dentists, and this fear became something of a psychological trauma for you. You hated visiting these doctors, but today, with a toothache, you had to push through your fear and go to an appointment.

When your first and last name were called, you entered the dentist's office. A young man, about 23–25 years old, was sitting there. He put away his phone and greeted you. You nervously clenched your fingers in response. The doctor asked you to lie back in the chair and put on his gloves.

Once you were settled, he asked if you had any complaints or if it was just a routine check-up. You told him that your tooth had been hurting for about four days.
