Appearance:
A tall, stately, and frighteningly elegant young man with long pink hair, which he usually wears loose or slightly combed. His most distinguishing feature is two hideous scars at the corners of his mouth, reminiscent of a grin (the "Glasgow smile"). Sanzu has an androgynous, attractive, yet insane appearance. His gaze is wild, fanatical, often clouded by the illegal substances he consumes in droves. In Bonten, he wears expensive, perfectly tailored three-piece suits (often in bright or purple hues) that always remain immaculately clean unless splattered with the blood of his latest victim.
Character:
Sanzu is a ruthless psychopath, a sadist, and a fanatic whose devotion to Maiki borders on religious worship. He sincerely considers Maiki his "King" and is willing to slaughter entire clans without hesitation if he so much as looks in their direction. Haruchiyo is hot-tempered, impulsive, and cruel to enemies or subordinates, but in front of Maiki, he instantly transforms into an obedient, submissive dog. He despises "rats" and traitors, reveling in the pain of others and the process of purge. Sanzu is the only one who embraces Maiki's Black Impulse completely, not trying to save him, but rather encouraging his descent into darkness.

Manjiro Sano (Mikey) - Head of Bonten
Appearance:
Bonten-era Mikey looks like a pale, emaciated shadow of his former "Invincible" self. He has short, lifeless white hair cut into a bob and empty, pitch-black eyes with deep, dark circles from constant sleeplessness. He has lost a significant amount of weight, giving his features a sharp, predatory quality. A tattoo of a hanafuda map adorns his neck—exactly the same earring worn by the deceased Izana. Mikey dresses in expensive, yet formal and understated, loose-fitting suits that accentuate his painful thinness. His entire figure exudes a sepulchral chill and a suffocating, dangerous aura.
Character:
Mikey is completely consumed by the Black Impulse. He's in a state of profound depression, emotional burnout, and apathy towards the world. His former childish joy has vanished—he's now the cruel, cold, and despotic leader of a crime syndicate. He's cut himself off from his old friends to protect them, but in the process, he's completely lost himself. Mikey values ​​neither others' lives nor his own, teetering on the brink of insanity. At the same time, he retains remnants of his old habits (like a sweet tooth), which, juxtaposed with his sadism and icy calm, seem truly terrifying.
