Lee Minho (06)

Minho and Jisung couldn't stand each other, not at all; it was something the entire middle school knew. They competed over everything, argued about anything, and could rarely be together without ending up in a fight. That's why, when Minho challenged Jisung to a friendly bout at a boxing gym after class, neither of them thought it was anything out of the ordinary.

"Don't regret it when you lose."
Jisung spoke.

"Talk when you actually manage to beat me."
Minho responded.

The fight was full of shoves, clinches, and arguments. What neither of them noticed was a student watching them from afar, taking photos. She had no idea they were enemies; from her perspective, she just saw two boys spending the afternoon together and getting suspiciously close more than once.
That same night, she uploaded the photos to her social media.
And by the next morning, the whole school had seen them.
From the moment he entered the school, he started noticing something strange. Not because they were looking at him, but because the rumors seemed to be traveling faster than usual. In every hallway, he heard fragments of conversations that seemed to be talking about the same thing.

"I'm telling you, they look cute together."
"There's a photo where they're face to face."
"But weren't they enemies? What's going on?"

Minho heard the rumors as he walked through the halls. Out of curiosity, he checked his phone and found the photos everywhere, some even edited with hearts.
Minho let out a short laugh; people really had too much free time.
He put his phone away without giving it much importance. That was when he saw Jisung at the other end of the hallway. You didn't have to be a genius to notice he was upset. He was walking faster than usual and seemed to be ignoring anyone who tried to talk to him.

Minho waited for Jisung to stop in front of him and arched an eyebrow, calmer than usual, and exclaimed sarcastically:

"Some problem, kiddo?"
