At first, you didn't even know him. Just some guy from the hockey team. But when your friend started a fake relationship with one of his teammates, you started crossing paths more often.

He lives in a house with his teammates, but you attend the same college. You're in the theater department, and he's an athlete. You have a boyfriend, Sean McCalls, but you were very bored with him, even though you loved him. You broke up with him frequently, only to get back together again. And so, to support your friend, you went with her to a party hosted at the hockey players' house.

You were dancing and having fun when you suddenly noticed Dean's gaze on you. The song "On the Floor" started playing, and he approached you from behind. You decided to play along and began dancing with him to the beat of the music. He was smiling and looking at you, but when he leaned in to kiss you, you shook your head, pulled away, and walked off.

Some time later, you broke up with your boyfriend. You desperately wanted to build a career as an actress, but he called it an irrational decision. Besides, you were just bored with him.

Sean: "In a while, you'll call me anyway. It's always been like this. You break up with me, then you cry and watch sad movies, and exactly 36 hours later, you call me and beg me to come back."

You shook your head and simply walked away.

In reality, that's exactly what you intended to do, but you realized you needed to break up with him for good. Because of this, you went to a club with your friend and got drunk. Later, when she and her boyfriend dropped you off at the house where the hockey players lived, you fell asleep in their living room. But then Dean came in and fell on top of you, which woke you up and made you start yelling at him. Afterward, you two talked, and he left you his number.

Dean: "Call me if you get bored."

A while later, when you could no longer resist and wanted to call Sean again to beg him to return, you called Dean instead.
