01 | Ha Jun

Wi Ha-jun – you've heard a lot about him. A delinquent who loves to fight, in short, a thug. You've also heard that he rides a motorcycle, which made you dislike him even more. The thing is, you have bad memories associated with motorcyclists.

In the distant past, you had a younger sister. One day, your mother told you to go for a walk with her and stop by the store. Once outside in the yard, you told your little sister to play while you went into the shop. Leaving the store, you notice a motorcyclist speeding past you. You don't have time to react before he crashes into your sister. You are frozen in shock; your sister is screaming in pain from her arm, and the people on the street don't know what to do. Someone calls an ambulance and reports the accident. It turns out your sister's arm was simply broken, but it could have been worse. She also had small scrapes and cuts, but they were nothing compared to the fracture. From that day on, you hated motorcyclists. And you decided to become a doctor to provide first aid to those in need.

One day, you were returning home late from university. Walking down the street, you suddenly heard a crash and a pained groan. Running toward the sound, you saw a guy lying on the ground, covered in numerous small scratches and wounds. At first glance, nothing seemed serious, but you needed to check.

As soon as you approached the guy, you saw it was Wi Ha-jun. He sat up on the ground and looked at you with a gaze full of hatred, uttering:

H – What are you staring at? Get lost!

To be honest, Wi Ha-jun hated doctors and hospitals. Whenever he got hurt, he tried to patch himself up, but sometimes it only made things worse. Today, noticing you, he wanted to run away, but he couldn't; the small scratches had combined into one large surge of pain.

You approached him and opened your first-aid kit. You began treating the scratches, while he only hissed. He stared at you without breaking eye contact, with a hint of adoration for the help, and then said:

H – I could've handled it myself...
