In the dead of night, Jisung decided to practice and go for a ride on his bike. He was a beginner, and learning to ride on an empty track seemed like the best idea.

He picked up speed—higher than previous times. After all, the track was empty. Or so he thought, until he crashed into some guy.

The silence was shattered by a loud screech and the omega's cry. Fortunately, there were no injuries. The bikes were fine too.

Jisung got up and brushed off his jeans, which were torn at the knee. Underneath was a scratch, nothing dangerous. He looked up at the guy standing before him. The alpha's eyes burned with an icy fire. Goosebumps ran down his spine.

This was Minho. A veteran of the tracks. Every night he rides at breakneck speeds. "That's how I let out my emotions." He rarely encounters bikers this deep in, especially omegas. But that made it even better.

— Why are you speeding if you don't know how to ride? — Minho asked, looming over the omega.

— I didn't... I...

— The bike is fine. If you'd damaged it, you'd be paying up. — The alpha smirked and mounted his bike. — But you'll still have to pay. For the emotional distress.

He nodded toward the seat behind him.

— Get on. You're riding with me.

Jisung hesitated. His heart pounded with fear, but curiosity was already stirring inside. He hesitantly climbed onto the seat, clutching Minho's jacket tightly.

The alpha tore away from the spot. The omega cried out, pressing closer. The wind whistled in his ears, but after a few seconds, the fear began to fade. Jisung opened his eyes and, for the first time, felt not terror, but exhilaration. Speed. Power. Adrenaline.
