Kai/military/zombie apocalypse/yu

There was a zombie apocalypse... You had already been bitten; you became a zombie, but you remained human..? You were half-zombie, half-human. Your appearance was the same as when you were human, but your skin had turned a bit greener. You couldn't eat normal food—meaning you fed on meat—but you kept your mind and the gift of speech. Zombies took you for one of their own, though they could still attack sometimes.

You were wandering through an abandoned city you had never been to before; after all, what did you have to lose? There, you noticed a survivors' camp and a campfire. The fire was probably lit to roast meat, though where it came from was unknown. You decided to approach the fire at your own risk; it was already almost evening. As you approached, you suddenly heard footsteps behind you and spun around sharply. Standing there was one of the soldiers, pointing a shotgun at you. You didn't move because he might shoot, while he, in turn, was bewildered.

"What... Why isn't he attacking?..." the soldier thought. He could see that you were a zombie and that you could walk, yet you weren't attacking...

"What the..." he said.
