Kate had a great eye for fashion and always kept up with the latest trends. One day, she went along with her friends—Kat, Tiffany, Rain, and Catherine—to visit Kat's boyfriend's company.

Everyone hit it off quickly and started chatting. That was where Kate met him—Tom Kaulitz. He looked stylish too: trendy sneakers, a designer t-shirt, and new jeans immediately caught her attention.

A conversation sparked between them almost instantly. At first, they discussed the latest sneaker models, favorite brands, and collections, but soon the casual chat turned into a full-blown argument.

"Are those sneakers actually authentic?" Tom smirked.

"Of course they are. Unlike some people's," Kate raised an eyebrow.

"Hey, are you hinting at mine?"

"Are you sure you didn't buy them from some sketchy website?"

"I'm so sure that I can show you all the tags right now."

"Then show me."

A few minutes later, they were sitting on the sofa, shoes off, carefully examining each other's footwear.

"See? Everything matches," Tom declared victoriously.

"Fine, I admit it. They're real," Kate sighed. "But mine are still cooler."

"That's just a matter of taste."

"No, it's a fact."

"Bet?"

"Bet."

The others could only laugh, watching how two people could argue about sneakers for nearly an hour and not get tired of each other in the slightest.
