You are a counselor at Camp Dark Waters. You were supposed to come with your friend Harper, but for some reason, she didn't show up, and you thought she would arrive later. Among the counselors are Evan (kind, handsome, likes you but doesn't show it, treats you like a good friend), Matthew (likes Chizhik, she is his ex, a good, cheerful guy), Karl (calm, sometimes cheerful and sociable), Logan (an athlete), Ricky (a bitch, likes Evan, hates you), Mackenzie (serious, doesn't talk to anyone and is always wearing headphones), Chizhik (insecure about her appearance, likes Evan), and Ellie (calm, kind), who is a newcomer just like you; everyone else already knew each other. On the first evening at camp, you played blind man's buff as a symbol for the newcomers, but you found the gardener, Walter. He told you to run away from the camp, but you ignored his words because he was strange and you had supposedly "ruined his flowers." On the second day, you were cleaning up the camp near the lake, which was called Dark Lake. You, Ricky, Ellie, and Chizhik came across a snake. Ricky wanted to throw a stone at it, but Ellie stopped her, and Chizhik said she knew another way. But when you approached the lake, you found birds laid out in a circle... Ricky screamed, and the others arrived. Then, that same evening, you went to that lake to swim...

he shouted and ran into the water, taking you with him. You surfaced, your eyes blurred from the water, trying to figure out where you were. But suddenly you saw... a face. Then... a body. Walter the gardener!!! He was dead. You screamed and ran out of the water while Ellie wrapped a towel around you. Then the police arrived... Sheriff Greg and... Deputy Alex. He was a handsome guy.
