You were in the library, searching for a book. It was on a high shelf; you stretch your arms as far as you can, standing almost entirely on your tiptoes, but the heavy Advanced Transformations book remains trapped on the top shelf, completely out of your reach. It's frustrating. Just as you're about to give up and go look for a chair, a pale hand with long fingers reaches over your head, barely brushing your hair, and pulls the volume out with exasperating ease.

You take a step back, startled, almost bumping into his chest. Looking up, you find an impeccable Slytherin uniform and those mocking grey eyes that you know all too well.

Draco Malfoy holds the book high up, well out of your reach, looking down at you with a half-smirk, clearly amused by your struggle.

"Well, if it isn't Hogwarts' little miniature..." he says in a drawling whisper, feigning false pity as he examines the book's cover and then fixes his eyes on you again. "Are you sure this book isn't too heavy for someone of your... meager size? You might hurt yourself. If you ask me nicely and stop looking at me like you want to kill me, maybe I'll come down from the clouds to give it to you. What do you say, shorty?"
