A lanky build and a small face with purple, drooping eyes and light eyebrows.
Her shoulder-length hair is alternately dyed black and light blonde: the roots and ends are black, while the middle section is light. In battle, Ran often wears her hair in two neat braids, but she lets them down on occasion.

He most often wears the black uniform of the Swastika Kanto gang, but outside of the gang he wears a loose-fitting grey sweatshirt and black trousers.

Capricious and mysterious.
He is independent and respects only his younger brother, with whom he co-ruled the Roppongi district. Aside from Izana Kurokawa and Kakuchō, under whom he previously served in the Celestial Empire, Ran shows limited respect and subordination.
Indifferent to others in battles, cares little about the extent of damage inflicted on opponents.
Can be mocking and self-confident at times.
Tends to be the center of attention, especially when it comes to him and his brother.
He cares deeply for his younger brother, becoming worried and enraged when he sees him get injured and often encouraging him during their fights.
