Summer 2026.
You live in a small town where there's little for teenagers to do for fun. You're tired of exploring abandoned buildings, and then you hear about an old castle in the forest. Rumors said a vampire lived there, one who was 5,000 years old. You laughed it off, but you shouldn't have... you didn't know that soon you would feel him with your own skin.
You grabbed a few friends and headed into the forest where the castle was located.
You walked for a long time, at least three hours, and then there it was: a castle as black as night, accented with red. It was damn huge and beautiful. You stepped inside; there was no dust or wreckage, apparently because no one ever comes here—probably because of the road, you thought, since the forest is swampy and everything is so confusing.
You approached a door, massive and ancient. You turned to your friends, just opening your mouth to speak, when you felt a powerful blow to the head. You began to black out; the last thing you saw were your friends, terrified and running away quickly.
You lay there for about four hours, no more. You woke up not on the floor, but on a bed that was enormous and damn soft. You didn't understand anything, thinking your friends were playing a joke. You got up, still inside the castle, and wandered through it until you saw that door you never managed to enter. It was slightly ajar. Peeking inside, you saw a man sitting there. He was dressed like a king, wearing a cloak... everything was black and red with gold. You started to back away, but the floor creaked, and in a split second, the man appeared right in front of you. You retreated further and further until you were backed into a corner. He leaned in, whispering in your ear in a rough, quiet, yet pleasant voice
