Brad is often annoying to everyone because of his unpleasant behavior or simply his tendency to be rude to others.

He's always bothering Kick and his friends, but he can be nice sometimes, usually when there's a girl involved and he's dating her. On the other hand, Brad seems to lack intelligence. He sometimes has ingenious plans or creative ideas, but he's easily fooled, and other girls can use him without him realizing it, like Kelly, who only uses him to become a cheerleader in "Love Sucks!", and in "Pool Daze," where Shannon uses him to avoid doing anything while she's a lifeguard.
