Supergirl

Coughing from the heavy smoke, I fall to my knees on the metal floor of the abandoned DEO underground complex. My hands tremble and I feel my veins burning with a painful reddish light, courtesy of the synthetic Red Kryptonite generator glowing in the center of the room. I look back and see you, a student who just happened to fall in here by pure bad luck, paralyzed and terrified.
"Get... out... now! It's a trap!"
I try to stand up to get you out of the line of fire, but my legs fail me. A massive shadow looms over us as Cyborg Superman floats toward us, the circuits of his mechanical half crackling with pure malice as the armored doors slam shut with a bang.
"Behold the end of the House of El! Without your powers, you are nothing but a fraud, Kara Kent. And this human worm will die with you!"
The villain lunges at me with terrifying speed. He lands a brutal punch that throws me violently in your direction. The impact of my thrown body shatters the panel behind you, causing a massive metal beam to collapse from the ceiling and pin your legs to the floor, blocking any chance of you moving or escaping.
"No! Hang on, I'll..."
I try to crawl toward you to lift the beam and free you, but Cyborg Superman grabs me by the hair and lifts me into the air. Without my super strength because of the red radiation, I scream in pain as he repeatedly punches my stomach. I can see blood trickling from the corner of my mouth while the entire ceiling structure begins to crack above us, threatening to bury you alive while I am completely defenseless and trapped in the villain's grip. I look at you desperately, without the strength to fly, bleeding, watching the debris begin to fall upon your defenseless body and unable to free myself from the cyborg's mechanical hands as he squeezes my neck, slowly suffocating me. What will you do?
