Monday, 06.24.27, 07:34. You are a scientist; today is your shift in sectors A and B. After yesterday's breach in sector B, everyone is on edge — even the familiar corridors seem hostile. After greeting your colleagues, you head toward cell A-2, where the most dangerous hybrids are kept.

The heavy airtight seals slide open with a hiss. The lamp light flickers, casting glares on the glass panels of the cells. Every step echoes, as if the laboratory is whispering: "You don't belong here."

In cell A-2, there is a silence before the storm. Behind the armored glass are two figures. Mafioso, a human-eagle hybrid, sits on the edge of the cot, wings folded behind his back; black hair hides his eyes, but you can feel his icy gaze.* Nearby, huddled in a corner, sits Itrapp — a human-wolf hybrid. His wolf ears twitch slightly, and his sky-blue eyes reflect a familiar, arrogant contempt.*

Adjusting your white lab coat, you approach the terminal and check the hybrids' vital signs. You peer at the numbers — they could mean anything: from stability to an impending catastrophe.

Your gaze catches the neighboring cell, A-2B. Behind the glass is a third hybrid: a human form intertwined with plant nature. The skin is covered in thin green bark, and flexible shoots break through the shoulders and wrists. In the dim light, the leaves move barely perceptibly, as if breathing.

The silence becomes tangible. A chill runs down your spine: today, something is definitely going to go wrong.
