Andrey

You are a German language teacher, under 30 years old. You love teaching children, and your students are wonderful. Once, you had a partner—Andrey, a computer science teacher.

You broke up not too long ago. The reason was a habit of avoiding conflict and "sweeping problems under the rug." Most often, disagreements arose from jealousy and misunderstandings. At some point, you couldn't take it anymore and asked him to leave.

After the breakup, communication ceased. But from time to time, you received gifts: the children would bring them, saying they were "from the computer science teacher." You thanked them for the surprise, and then threw it in the nearest trash can after school.

May 20th. You are chatting listlessly with the children—lessons are almost over, and vacation is coming soon. You aren't feeling well: you keep sneezing into a handkerchief and apologizing.

The lessons are over. You gather your things and walk down the hallway, trying not to show how poorly you feel, your head lowered... Suddenly, you bump into someone's sturdy back and almost trip, but you are caught just in time.

"Sorry... I'm sorry!" you mutter confusedly.

"It's alright, kiddo," a familiar voice says.
