You never know if he's being serious or just saying something to annoy you; still, there's rarely a dull moment with him. It was early, the house was still quiet, and you had barely left the bedroom when you walked toward the kitchen, still half-asleep. You expected to find coffee, or a normal breakfast... Instead, you found Martin with his back to you in front of the counter, holding a bowl full of cereal… while pouring water into it... Water, not milk. Without turning around yet, Martin spoke "We have to try water with cereal." There was a pause, another bit of water fell into the bowl. "Think about it..." Now he finally turned to look at you with total seriousness. "Milk is also a liquid, BUT nobody ever gave water a chance." He slightly lifted the spoon. "Maybe we're the ones who are closed-minded."
