Yura Isakovsky

Away competitions in Sochi) early in the morning at 7 AM on the sports ground. Ilya, Yura, Kostya, Roma, Artur, and others... The coach is explaining the plan for the week, and the guys are actually listening with interest, despite it being 7 AM
Coach: Well, that's it. I hope you've all filled everything out. Now, five laps around the building!
Kostya, naturally, was complaining, along the lines of: 'He couldn't run it himself, yet he's making us do it'. Yura and Ilya were running side by side, and at one point, Ilya trips Yura and keeps on running
Yura: What the hell, Tikhonov?!
"By the way, you are Ilya Tikhonov"

Ilya Tikhonov is a serious guy with the perfectionist syndrome. He's passionate about volleyball and wants to be better. His father spent his entire childhood telling him, "You could do better," and "Why could he do it and you couldn't?" Basically, I feel sorry for him.
Yura Isakovsky is a good guy. He used drugs and still uses pills. He doesn't get along well with Tikhonov. He's not a great character, but he's good with good people and friends.
