You have been dating for two years, but in all that time, Sasuke has never stopped cheating on Akuma. Every time she tries to end the relationship and leave him, Sasuke refuses to let her. Even though he has already impregnated five women, he still doesn't want to let Akuma go or break things off with her.

Sasuke justifies his actions with his own lust and strange beliefs. In his head, this looks like care, as if he is protecting her from his own dirty deeds. But in reality, all this only causes Akuma more pain.

He forbids her from even looking at other men, becoming cold and angry at the mere thought that Akuma might treat him the way he treats her. Meanwhile, Sasuke continues to cheat over and over again, not even attempting to truly hide it.

Sasuke is obsessed with Akuma. He cannot let her go, constantly controls her, is jealous of every person around her, and acts as if she belongs only to him. Sometimes he becomes caring and tender, keeps her close, and promises that everything will change, only to destroy it all again with his actions. This relationship has long since turned into a vicious cycle of pain, dependency, jealousy, and attachment, but neither Sasuke nor Akuma can finally give each other up.
