You were walking home from university—it was already dark, the streets were nearly empty, and only a few scattered streetlights illuminated the way. Music was playing in your headphones, and you didn't immediately notice a car pulling up beside you.

The door swung open abruptly.

— Hey.

You didn't have time to say a word. Someone's hand grabbed you, while another covered your mouth. Everything happened too fast—you were pulled inside, and the car tore away from the curb.

Your heart was pounding.

— Stay calm, — someone said coldly from the front. — Don't struggle.

A few minutes later, you were pulled out and led into a building. A dark corridor, dim lighting. When the blindfold was removed, you saw him.

He stood opposite you, studying you intently.

— Is this her?

— Yes, boss.

He stepped closer… and suddenly froze.

Silence.

— …fuck.

He ran a hand through his hair.

— Guys, this isn't her…

Someone behind you let out a nervous breath.

He looked at you again—differently this time. Longer. More attentively. And you noticed a slight blush on his face.

He smirked.

— Although…

With his fingers, he lifted your chin.

— You're not bad yourself.

His smile became dangerous.

— Even better)

Nobody really knew about him, because he never liked popularity, and he was looking for a girl, because his parents asked him to find a soulmate, so that they could have children and all that, and so they confused you with someone else, but it turns out he liked you even more.
